Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year; cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. No pro-rata refunds. You choose monthly or annual billing above, before creating your account; you can change it afterwards from your subscription area, effective from the next renewal.

API creation packs

Available with an active Pro or Entreprise subscription, on top of the creations via the API included each month (5 with Pro, 100 with Entreprise). The included quota is counted per calendar month and does not roll over.

One-time purchase, no renewal and no refund. Available only with an active paid subscription. Purchased creations are added to your monthly quota and remain usable with no time limit while your paid subscription is active. If that subscription ends, they are frozen: kept with their balance, but unusable until you take out a paid subscription again.

The plan you choose does not change where your data is hosted

Whatever your plan, every QR code created on QR Suisse is hosted and processed in Switzerland, at Infomaniak. We do not outsource this infrastructure to a provider based outside Switzerland. The Free plan is not a degraded version on this point: only the usage limits (active QR codes, users, history, API access) differ from one plan to another.

Frequently asked questions about pricing

What is the difference between the Free, Pro and Entreprise plans?
The Free plan allows up to 3 active QR codes, 1 user and a statistics history of 7 days, with no API access. The Pro plan removes these limits (unlimited QR codes and users), keeps the history for 15 months and includes 5 QR code creations via the API per month, with 1 API key. The Entreprise plan includes everything in Pro and extends API access to 100 QR code creations via the API per month, with up to 10 API keys active at the same time. With both Pro and Entreprise, additional creation packs can be purchased as an option.
Do I need the Entreprise plan if I am a company?
No. The plan depends on how you use the API, not on your legal form. A company that manages its QR codes in the app has everything it needs with the Pro plan: unlimited QR codes and users. The Entreprise plan makes sense if you create more than 5 QR codes per month via the API or need more than 1 active API key at the same time. It is open to both private and company accounts.
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. Switching to a paid plan takes a few clicks from your subscription area, with no minimum commitment. If you cancel, your paid plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, with no pro-rata refund.
Is my data hosted in Switzerland even on the Free plan?
Yes. Your QR codes, their statistics and your account data are hosted in Switzerland, at Infomaniak, whatever your plan — this is not an option reserved for paid plans.
What happens if I switch back to the Free plan with more than 3 active QR codes?
Your excess QR codes (beyond your 3 oldest QR codes) remain usable for 14 days, with one extra step: the person scanning first sees an intermediate QR Suisse page, which still gives access to the destination. That gives you time to resubscribe or archive the extra QR codes. After that period, they are paused: only your 3 oldest active QR codes keep working.
Do the prices shown include VAT?
No VAT applies: Skyday Sàrl, the publisher of QR Suisse, is not registered for Swiss VAT. The amount shown is the amount you pay, with no surcharge.
